Delivery costs are additional to the displayed price and vary depending on the weight of your order. Our system will calculate your delivery charges and add them to your final total.

If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. We will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. We are under no obligation to provide incorrectly priced goods to you at the lower price if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an error, even if we have confirmed acceptance of your order.

 

All UK orders are despatched within 24 hours of your order being placed. We expect your goods to be delivered within 2 - 4 working days of your order being placed. Depending on the size of your order, a signature will be required at point of delivery. If this is not possible, you may need to collect your goods from a local depot.

 

Orders from outside the UK will also be dispatched within 24 hours however we expect delivery to be within 4 - 7 working days.

 

Although we make every effort to ensure our delivery times, we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered within the above time scales, however we will make every effort to ensure they are. Unfortunately due to matters out of our control, on very rare occasions, there may be delays. If delays are to continue after 10 working days of the order being placed, we will contact you.

 

You may pay by VISA, Master Card, Maestro, Electron, JCB or Solo. Please ensure you provide the cardholder's name exactly as it is shown on the card, and the billing address corresponds exactly as it appears on the card statement. Orders without this information cannot be successfully processed. We will take payment in GB pounds (£) upon dispatch and your payment card will be charged accordingly at the exchange rate at that time.

To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the goods to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk.

If you return the goods for any other reason, for example claiming the goods are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods. Goods returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of delivery charges.
